Frequently asked questions

Are the prices monthly?

Yes. Yes. Packages are monthly management fees, with the scope and any extras confirmed in writing before work begins.

Are paid advertisements included?

No. Advertising spend, influencer fees, paid subscriptions, photography and filming are charged separately unless agreed in writing.

Do you manage DMs and comments?

Community management is not included by default and can be quoted separately.

Do I approve posts first?

Yes. We agree a content calendar and share posts for approval before publishing.
